Domestic Shipping: Shipping is available within the USA.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your items and the shipping destination. The total cost will be provided at checkout.

Return Policy

All merchandise sold on the 323 Youth website is custom-made and, as a result, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not provide refunds on any custom-made merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at Shop@323youth.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement.
